  My brother called this counselor to attempt to set up an appointment for my niece and he received nothing but rudeness and attitude from her. I am disgusted and disappointed that I am studying to be a counselor and that I will have to work in the same community with someone like this. Counselors are here to HELP people, not make them feel worse than they already do. I hope she has helped some people because she left my brother not wanting to seek counseling at all. Guess he will go to Tucson where people actually have manners.
